In this episode, I am joined by the Co-Host of The Single Dads Podcast, Scott Fischer, where he opens up about his journey as a man and single father after losing both his mother at an early age followed by losing his wife, the love of his life, to cancer when their son was only 5 years old. His story is one of not just overcoming adversity, but of a man impacted and certainly changed by loss, but not defined by it. He shares stories of getting past drama, helping other single dads, raising a fine young man as a single father, dating, traveling all of the world, and just doing his best to maintain perspective so he can keep on living a meaningful life full of awareness and empathy. Scott is an extraordinary person, and it was a privilege to host him on the podcast and set the groundwork for a new meaningful friend in my life!
